1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Your email address (used for login only)
  • Your usage data — which tasks you complete, skip, or mark as helpful
  • Your context preferences — focus area and social context you select
  • Your Telegram chat ID, if you choose to connect Telegram

We do not collect your name, location, payment information, or any other personal data unless you voluntarily provide it.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Show you tasks relevant to your focus area and context
  • Track your points and progress over time
  • Improve the task selection algorithm based on aggregate feedback
  • Send you task suggestions via Telegram, if connected

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party. Ever.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a hosted PostgreSQL database platform. Data is stored in the United States. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified. Authentication sessions are stored in your browser's local storage.

4. Cookies

Fix Nervous uses only functional cookies and local storage to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies. No consent is required for essential session storage. If you clear your browser data, you will need to log in again.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Telegram — optional bot notifications (only if you connect it)
  • Vercel — web hosting

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them if you have concerns.

6. Your rights

You can:

  • Delete your account at any time by emailing us
  • Request a copy of your data
  • Ask us to delete all your data
  • Disconnect Telegram at any time from your account settings

If you are located in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.

7. Children

Fix Nervous is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, the "last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of Fix Nervous after a policy change means you accept the updated policy.
