Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Fix Nervous, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to the web app, Telegram bot, and any related tools.

2. What Fix Nervous is

Fix Nervous is a task suggestion tool designed to help people take small, immediate action. It is not a medical product, mental health service, therapy tool, or crisis resource. The tasks provided are general suggestions. They are not personalized advice and are not a substitute for professional mental health support.

If you are in crisis, please contact a crisis line or emergency services. Fix Nervous is not equipped to help with emergencies.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account with others or use the service on behalf of another person without their explicit consent. You must be at least 13 years old to use Fix Nervous.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harm yourself or others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Create multiple accounts to game the points system
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. No warranty

Fix Nervous is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific task will be beneficial to you. Results vary. We make no claims about improving health, productivity, or wellbeing outcomes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fix Nervous and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes, without limitation, any harm resulting from reliance on task suggestions or any outcomes of completing tasks suggested by the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim (which, for free users, is zero).

7. Intellectual property

All content in the Fix Nervous platform — including task text, interface design, and system logic — is owned by Fix Nervous. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the "last updated" date will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you via the app or email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fix Nervous operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction.
